had a appointment at 1 for oil change to wait for truck at3:30 truck was never worked on yet they told me upper management pushed vehicle in front of mine and never told me , i had to be somewhere after 4 at3:30 truck was never worked on yet they told me upper management pushed vehicle in front of mine and never told me , i had to be somewhere after 4 thats the entire reason I made appointment for a simple oil on change this is the second time this has happened to me I left without a oil change and wasted 4 hrs of my day i wont go back.
