The service department was able to secure a master switch for the driver’s door from another dealership for our 2017 Pacifica Limited and make the repair in three days. Quoted wrong price. Asked service person several times if the quote included labor and he said yes. Even called me back to let me know the part was in stock. I asked again if that price included labor and it did. Needs to be more specific when giving a price quote for service. Ex: “Your total will be around…”. The work was done well although the rear light passenger side was loose so we needed to snap it back in. They got me in quickly when I called. They did not do a courtesy car wash either. More
