Terrible Dropped off our truck for a mount and balance at 1:40, went and had lunch, came back at 3:30+ and it was on the rack, tires off but nothing happening. Dropped off our truck for a mount and balance at 1:40, went and had lunch, came back at 3:30+ and it was on the rack, tires off but nothing happening. Sat there for over an hour with no one touching it, other cars coming and going. We sat at the window, looking into the shop watching the mechanics throwing things at each other and shouting F you, no, F you. Glass isn't soundproof, guys! Someone went out after seeing us seething and they started working on it. We finally got out at 5:20, 10 minutes before they closed. So unprofessional!!! Yes, they did comp the service, thank you, but no way will we ever go back! One last thing, we have 3 cars & trucks and go to multiple places to change out tires and everyone bags the removed tires, but not Columbine! By the way, I tried to send this without picking an employee because none of the three service people were who we worked with. However, it won't let me send unless I pick one so I randomly picked the one without the picture. I have no idea if we actually worked with him. More
