Excellent service from AMADO in the PARTS DEPARTMENT I recently bought a 2016 Juke from Commonwealth. They are not close to my home or work but I have purchased from them before and love their customer I recently bought a 2016 Juke from Commonwealth. They are not close to my home or work but I have purchased from them before and love their customer service. I need a roof rack, which isn't available OEM for the Juke. I went to two other Nissan dealerships closer to my house/work, and they said it wasn't available from Nissan so there wasn't anything they could do. I called Commonwealth Nissan, and spoke to Amado in the parts department. He took down my number, then spent quite a bit of time researching roof racks for the Juke on the internet. He stayed past his regular clock-out time, but eventually found one and called me back with the details. Now THAT'S customer service! More

As a matter of fact he was able to get me a monthly payment that was a 100.00 less than I thought I was going to pay. He knew that I had concerns about my monthly payment and he was able to work with me in a way that I won't struggle.
