Hi we are a little confused while the vehicle is here and all the issues being resolved today. None of the issues are safety issues, this is a used Highlander with over 91,000 miles on it and we spent over 3,000 before putting this vehicle on the lot. We are cutting her an extra key, which is not required when selling a used car. There is nothing wrong with the front tires and they are doing an alignment today. The oil change was done on the highlander originally, but we are redoing it today. As for the popping she hears with the steering, Toyota has a bulletin on the steering shaft which we ordered the part from Toyota yesterday and will be in and installed today. We are detailing the vehicle again today. When detailing the vehicle the first time recon did not know that the console was a double console and will be addressing this today and also the window in the back hatch lift up as well and the recon person also missed this not knowing that the glass lifts as well as the rear hatch. Unfortunately when they came in on wed (as Brian usually leaves on wed night early) the night cashier told the customer he was not here, but he was staying late to take care of the customer. We are also tightening up the rear valence that seems to be a little loose. I feel Brian Hesse and Nissan service Dept have been very accommodating!
