I only service my 2011 Honda CRV at this car dealer since I purchased it new there and up to this last visit was very pleased with them. Service is definitely not up to par like it use to be. I also didn't s I purchased it new there and up to this last visit was very pleased with them. Service is definitely not up to par like it use to be. I also didn't see one familiar face. I spent around $1800 there in the last two weeks and would expect better service. I should have been notified prior to arriving (since I had an appointment) that the machine was broke and my 1 1/2 hour appointment would be 4 hours. And wearing a required mask for that length of time was annoying since your cashiers don't wear them and the plexiglass has openings for them to pass papers. Furthermore I had to ask about the delay 2 1/2 hours after car was in No one gave me an update until 15 minutes before it was finished that it was almost done. Updates would have been welcomed More
