At my last visit, I appreciated that I was offered 2 repair options (one using after-market parts) - and an honest opinion by my service team member - which ended up saving me some money. In fact, this particular car now lives out of state with my daughter - and I had her bring it back here so we could have Community Honda take care of the problem. More
I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation after receiving a coupon in the mail for those services. I arrived early for my appointment. The service rep was clearly not pleased that I had a coupon for the service. I was then told it would take 1 1/2-2 hours to complete. I was waiting for my car. After 2 hours I was told that the car was just starting to be worked on and it would’ve another hour. After the third hour I inquired as to the status of my car. After 10 more minutes of waiting I was told the car was ready. Instead of a thank you or an apology for the wait, the service rep just said With a smirk, “can you believe how long an oil change can take?” People who arrived after me left before me. My appointment clearly was not honored. I wish I could remember the service rep’s name but of course he did not offer up that information. I selected the service rep without a picture but am not sure if that was the correct person. I’m sure you could look at my service record to determine who this individual was if it makes any difference. I won’t ever return and will be sure to tell my friends about my negative experience. brought car in for new battery needed a new battery. The vehicle is a 2016 Accord and it has 46,000 miles. Service adviser was friendly and took interest in my daughter’s “complaints” about the car. He advised us that his shift would be over before our car was completed, but another service adviser would con daughter’s “complaints” about the car.
