Offering services NOT needed; competitive pricing Came in for an oil change. The service folks tried to “sell” me a brake fluid replacement north of $200; a tune up for $440; the usual cabin and air Came in for an oil change. The service folks tried to “sell” me a brake fluid replacement north of $200; a tune up for $440; the usual cabin and air filter replacement. All things I said no to for the following reasons: Air filter and cabin filter were replaced recently and the cost is prohibitive. Tune up cost was way too much; shopped it and found a shop that did it for $260 Biggest joke was the brake fluid drain. It’s a sealed system and not needed. Savings by going elsewhere: $380; not counting the air and cabin filter. More

Poor follow up on service I sat there for four hours for the alignment machine to be broken and nothing resolved.
