Long wait for simple service Each time we bring our car in for an oil change the wait is 2 hours. People in the waiting room were as upset as us. Disappointed After bringing van in for routine service and spending $560, the first time I go to start the van at home about an hour later, battery is dead. We were leaving for the day/night for a soccer game in elmhurst then band competition in Mt. Prospect. Ended up having one of us stay back with the van and take another car which then resulted in driving two cars for the night once we paid more $ to have apparent bad battery replaced. Apparently they didn’t check battery like they are supposed to so I wonder what else didn’t get checked. Also had no problems prior to the service so timing of battery problem is questionable to me. More

I have brought both cars to Community Honda for all my maintenance. The staff is very kind, honest, and knowledgeable. They also help you get the best deals and always explain to you in simple terms what is needed for your car and why. The Honda cars are easy to maintain, plus when you have such an excellent service department behind you, you know that your car will last for years and years, plus you will always feel safe on the road. Please make sure you check this group out. I only needed my oil change this time, but as I stated I have came to them before for my other vehicle. Thanks to them, I am a returning customer for Honda.
