The service department was rude and lied about being able to see previous service done to my vehicle, this was someone named Rick. I then spoke to a Ryan in parts who was able to mediate so 8 could get my p to see previous service done to my vehicle, this was someone named Rick. I then spoke to a Ryan in parts who was able to mediate so 8 could get my part and service scheduled. Ryan had also set it up for me to get 13 dollars off the price of my part due to what happened with Rick in service. When I picked my vehicle up I didn't receive my 13 dollar discount from Rick because he claimed you guys charge 200 dollars an hour for repairs but he only charged me 120 dollars an hour, and at 200 dollars is double the average. Given the fact this isn't the first time I've had an issue with service I will never do business with community honda again and plan on purchasing a Honda Pilot from an out of town dealership. I have also considered contacting Honda directly to let them know if the poor service i received from Community Honda since I feel like it gives them a bad image and I considered not buying anymore Hondas due to this. I will say the most frustrating part is through this whole process no one ever escalated my issue to a higher manager and just sort of tried to figure it out i believe due to the fact the part I needed would have to be ordered by the dealership. So in closing I feel like as the customer I was treated poorly and still had to spend 200 dollars on a repair I had already had done at this dealership and during that first service also received poor customer service from this department. More
