Not the greatest experience! I took my car in twice to get looked at. First time, they were unable to determine the issue, because the car started to work as normal... but they st I took my car in twice to get looked at. First time, they were unable to determine the issue, because the car started to work as normal... but they still charged me to diagnostics fee. The second time, they had the car for 5 days. I had to call them often to even get updates on the status of my car. They also charged me another diagnostics fee. They also left the inside of my car reeking of fuel, instead of opening the windows, they left the car in the hot sun with the windows rolled up. It took me 3 days of airing it out to get the fuel smell out of it. More

They're consistently on-time and accommodating with ride service or comfortable waiting area. Starbucks coffee is a nice touch while you wait. Some services are more competitively priced than others, and I've frequently chosen Community when they're in the ball park of competitors' service pricing. Like most garages, they usually find two or three unexpected things to fix when you go in there; however, I've never felt pressured to have that "extra" work done. More
