I was very pleased to see that Cathy's level of customer service and satisfaction are always at the top level. No nonsense, no haggle, and even when I did do a bit of haggling myself, she was quick to work with my budget. Cathy is very professional, but also has a good sense of humor. I would highly recommend Cathy. Even though my request for the Outback Limited in the color I wanted was not on the lot, Cathy located the car I was looking for in a matter of days. Once all the decisions were made, they did a search for the vehicle I wanted and the deal was completed. I received a number of follow-up calls to make sure I was happy and the car was as expected. Once I got the car home, a friend stopped by, fell in love with it and I recommended he talk to Cathy about purchasing one himself. As far as the dealership in general is concerned, I was referred there by another friend who did a lot of research and found they had the best prices on Long Island. I will certainly be back when my lease expires. More

I was referred to this dealer by a friend and almost did not use them because the dealership is a solid hour from my house and there is a Subaru dealership 3 minutes in my town.
