I went to this dealership yesterday when I pulled up all the sales person were just hanging out I walked by about 4 of them and no one acknowledged me as I was looking to purchase a vehicle. When I ask qu the sales person were just hanging out I walked by about 4 of them and no one acknowledged me as I was looking to purchase a vehicle. When I ask questions about the vehicle one of sales person had no clue about the vehicle I was inquiring about. I even ask a comparison of price why there vehicle was over priced with high mileage and same model vs another vehicle on other toyota dealership with same model with less miles. The salesman was shocked and couldn't find a word and was shocked that he was caught off guard of what showed comparison and made an offer but declined my offer. He quote " our management team set the price as final even though others has same model may have less miles due to additional things was added on a 50k miles non certified used car vs. A certified used car that has 46k miles. Concord asking price non certified car $42k price vs certified car price $36k. Weird right so I walked away cause I smell the xx. More

When I returned, Bill, the finance manager, made the process smoother than I thought possible. Every document was prepared and ready to go all I had to do was sign. No surprises, no pressure.
