Get better service elsewhere *Update* - After purchase noticed the manual was missing even though it was there during test drive, called into the dealership and got a “manager” who said oh we threw it awa noticed the manual was missing even though it was there during test drive, called into the dealership and got a “manager” who said oh we threw it away along with the spare key. 🤦‍♀️ great customer service skills. I posted the below review then got a call asking “what it would take to remove the review” by Andy, I explained what had happened about the manual comment and he offered to buy a replacement key and have them come to us. As soon as I emailed him the quote we got about a week ago we got ghosted. Save yourself the drama and find a more reputable dealer elsewhere. * Original *Yessica and JP were a complete nightmare to deal with…it seemed like they had never been in a dealership before let alone work there. Mid phone calls a manager then a manager would get on the call mid sentence and just take over the call and that kept happening. Going in person wasn’t any better. They did the same thing my manager, who has a manager who still has a manager all of which knew nothing and did not trust their people to do anything. Within 10 minutes I just kept repeating the “top finance manager” name as several “managers” approached. Andy claimed he had already gone to lunch before our scheduled appt. Then I was told he was at lunch 2 hours later when I got there and I should deal with someone else. I just kept repeating his name to 5 people who approached. 20 minutes later after 3 people claimed to have told him we were there I meet him in person after I said we would be leaving. If you can deal with the incompetence of the sales people and then just ask for him you might be OK. He was the only one there who was calm and collected while everyone else was like a headless chicken. We had gotten a cashiers check as agreed and the “sales” staff even got that wrong and we paid what they put in writing now we are waiting for a refund. Buyer beware to have them show you both keys and manual before you sign anything. More
