It's more than just a sale (as in here's the car, you're on your own figuring it out), it's a new connection, a new member of the Subaru family. After purchasing our Subaru Ascent this past November, we had it in for service for the first time a couple of days ago. We had purchased a service plan so gave the coupon book to the man at the counter. He had it in for service for the first time a couple of days ago. I waited in the customer lounge and was pleasantly surprised that in less than an hour the car was not only ready but also washed! It was an all around good experience and we are very happy with both the service and our new Ascent! More
