Very good service overall. Loaner car was available for me as promised. The issue my car was having was resolved and covered under warranty as expected. My one issue was initia Loaner car was available for me as promised. The issue my car was having was resolved and covered under warranty as expected. My one issue was initially Stuart called me and over the phone told me the issue was remediated. I came back to dealership, handed loaner back in, and drove off. Issue and error message reappeared just a few miles from dealer. I took car back to dealer and Stuart; he didn’t hesitate to check car back in, reissue me the same loaner car and worked closely with tech and service manager to get the matter solved once and for all, which it was. He took ownership to get it solved. More

I came in not knowing which make or model I wanted to buy. John B. was super helpful and showed me the options and details and we picked one out for a test drive.
