He knows what my expectations and limits are with an older Honda Odyssey and makes recommendations accordingly. He is not just trying to sell me unneeded service or maintenance. He tells me when something can wait and when it should be addressed immediately. He matches prices when he can and advises me of coupons even. If it weren't for Mark, I would not be taking my 10 year old car to the dealership for service, b/c they are more expensive. But its worth the small premium for the trust & reliability and great follow-up Mark Glenn offers! More
