Bad situation turned AWESOME!! Having just lost a very important mode of transportation we were in dire need of a new vehicle. The service, the helpfulness and the sincere desire to make things work for us comma made this an exceptional experience. Ron shook my hand when I walked in the door and said "what can I do for you today" After we told him about our previous experiences and our lack of funds for putting down anything in general, looked us right in the eye and told us "you're leaving here with a car today" and he was right. Not only did we get a newer car than we expected but we got a great little commuter car. I drive a hundred miles a day for my job and I got a car that put 35 miles to the gallon consistently. Love my red Mercedes! I went to Conicelli Auto to purchase a 2series BMW but instead I saw a red Mercedes 250cla and fell in love with it. I wasn't sure I would be approved I went to Conicelli Auto to purchase a 2series BMW but instead I saw a red Mercedes 250cla and fell in love with it. I wasn't sure I would be approved due to already having purchased a new Honda 6 months ago. I met with Ron and we sat and went over my income statements and let me know he would do his best to get me approved. I wasn't confident I would get approved but he came back and told me I was approved! I was shocked and surprised and excited.
