Ron made it easy for us to decide and worked diligently to get us approved for the loan within my budget, and he did it! He was patient with our indecisive tendencies and really helped us see things clearly. So we bought the car, took it home and found out the power outlet did not work. I called Ron and rather than telling me to come in and spend $100 to get it fixed, he took the time to research the issue and helped me fix it. Great man! I was trading in my 06 Civic so we went to get it appraised and then headed back to the dealership to go over leasing options. I was a bit disappointed with my car appraisal initially at 2,100 but then after negotiating they were able to get more for it...a clear undercut of the value but I suppose they have to play a bargaining chip. Overall, the experience was great and I especially liked how quick it went with little pressure/haggling. I would definitely recommend and plan to go back when the lease is up. More

They don't have any hidden fees whatsoever and fairly low documentation fee. I was given all the info on phone as I was traveling from far and there were no surprises upon my arrival. I know lot of dealerships have started claiming about "No Pressure" environment, but no one does as good as Ron Horne. If you happen to buy car from Ron and Conicelli, you are in good hands. * I had terrible experience at other dealerships in NJ, stay away from Route22 Honda (dishonest about car's history, creates high pressure on customers to scam them) and Honda Universe (crazy fees such as Internet and Dealership Processing, could be as high as $1600). Ron Horne and Conicelli Honda are hidden gems in this dirty business of car dealerships. More
