Didn't need a cot. I have had 6 cars, this purchase makes 7. Tone, our salesman, was accommodating, pleasant, & funny. He even does voices. The test drive was great, & then it was time for the money part. While things did not go exactly how we'd planned (our fault, we went over our budget), it was still a great experience & we were not there ALL DAY. Andrew was very nice, and Juan, the finance manager, did a great job explaining everything with no pressure. Even though he's a Patriots fan, he is A-OK in my book!!! Definitely visit Conicelli for a Honda, or any vehicle they offer. We bought the 2014 CR-V and we love it, but the experience buying it was top notch!!! Thanks, Conicelli!!! Ron did an excellent job with our used car sale! He was knowledgable about the car and put us at ease with our questions. He had to jump the vehicle to get it started as it was on the lot since January, an knowledgable about the car and put us at ease with our questions. He had to jump the vehicle to get it started as it was on the lot since January, and he did so quickly explaining that the car had not been run since it was on the lot and assured us that the battery to the car was new. He also did an excellent job accomodating our three very small children. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and was not "pushy" in any way like other salesman can often be. He even bumped us in line to get the finance portion of the sale completed when our three kids became cranky. He was so patient with us. Conicelli is so lucky to have Ron on their team. We will recommend both Conicelli and Ron to our friends and family. Ron is certainly an asset to the Conicelli team.
