It was an amazing experience. Bought my Honda Civic 2013 today in couple of hours. Brett and Thomas were very helpful and did a great job in providing the best deal. I made contact on line with Conicelli. Was contacted on line by Brian and he gave me what seemed to be a good quote on a 2013 Odyssey EL-X. His last comment to me in his e-mail offer was to get back to hi line by Brian and he gave me what seemed to be a good quote on a 2013 Odyssey EL-X. His last comment to me in his e-mail offer was to get back to him with any quote lower and he would try to match or go under a particular quote. That is exactly what I did and Brian was able to offer what I thought was a very good quote for the Odyssey along with extras that I wanted. Brian turned me over to Joe Fidure who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Neither Brian or Joe were in anyway pushy about the extended warranty issue. My entire experience at Conicelli was extremely positive. This is second car I have purchased from Conicelli in four years. I look forward to dealing with them in future. More

I have been coming to the Honda service area since purchasing my car in 1998. It still runs pretty well. Overall I have had no complaints about the service until the past year. I had to take off my j purchasing my car in 1998. It still runs pretty well. Overall I have had no complaints about the service until the past year. I had to take off my job to have a service done which is not offered on Saturday and I waited a week to get an appointment, and once I was there I was told the part was not available. I spoke with the technician a week prior, shouldn't I have been contacted before I went to the Service area and taking off time from work. I also had to return my car several times after having an air conditioning job done, because the car was leaking water into the interior after your technicians fixed it. Time is valuable and costly, and you certainly charge top dollar for your service. I think some tweeking should be done to your customer service policies. Bought a Certified 2012 Civic Sedan from Conicelli. I orginally went to the dealer to buy another car but was unable to buy it.... But Anthony showed me the civic with a very reasonable price for it. I could have walked away from the dealer because I was not planning on buying the civic in the first place but because Anthony's honesty and kindness I decided to buy the civic.
