Instead they have sales people who are professional, experienced and respectful. They have inventory to meet your needs and if they don't have what you absolutley want they can get it, quickly. The whole process of buying a new car on a Holiday weekend took a little longer than desired but all thing considered, it was fair. The finance office was not a scary place but rather a sanctuary of full disclosure where we were treated with respect and we new exactly what we were getting into - no surprises. So while this is not the most beautiful dealership it is true that Conicelli is a nice place to do business, just like they say. More

All they care about is your wallet I signed up for a 3 year lease for a 2014 Hyundai Sonata and was constantly annoyed for how much their 3 month required servicing cost me. I was const I signed up for a 3 year lease for a 2014 Hyundai Sonata and was constantly annoyed for how much their 3 month required servicing cost me. I was constantly putting out close to $100 every time I went in there for a simple oil change. I started getting calls recently of them wanting me to trade up early and get another Hyundai but I had already decided that I did not want to go that route. When I did end my lease I turned BOTH keys in and thought I was finally done with the excessive fees. WRONG! I got a bill in the mail for almost 3,000 from the "final inspection". How is it that they serviced my car every 3 months and now suddenly that I am done with it it's in terrible condition? Absolutely ridiculous, there is not a single dent or scratch on that vehicle or any damage on the inside. They will screw you over until the very end. My mother was looking at buying there and I will make sure that does not happen and guarantee that none of my family or friends go there. Save yourself, avoid Conicelli at all costs because if you don't it will cost you. More
