Dear vinnievinny: I wanted to personally apologize for any inconvenience that your family experienced when you were in to visit on July 4th. I realize that it is difficult to shop with the children in the first place and having you wait was making it worse for sure. I did talk to the manager and he explained that when you arrived all the sales staff were working with customers. Sometimes it seems that they are just walking around and not busy but they do have to gather paperwork, get the vehicle ready etc. I know on the 4th we had a very busy day and maybe did not have enough staff for the customer response. Dear Lori, Thanks for following up and thanks for the explanation. We just purchased an Nissan last night and are very happy with the experience. Initially, we thought we would give Hyundai a try but it is unfortunate we had an unpleasant experience at your dealership. I know you are here to help and fix things, however, it did not change the fact that we were not greeted nor acknowledged for the 20 minutes we were at the showroom. Perhaps, you can relay our experience to your sales manager so he/she can remind the sales staff to greet every customer as soon as they walk in. Perhaps we will try Conicelli again at our next car purchase. Regards.
