Delighted to finally get into a new Rav4 I went in to see about test driving a Rav4 LE and ended up with a good deal on the Rav4 Limited. Delighted with the car, and Jacob was very friendly and helpful. The only thing i could complain about was that when it came to finalizing the deal and i had asked what i would need to bring with me, there was a multitude of proofs of address etc which i wasn't informed of. This took a little longer than my expected 1 hour lunch break. The agreed monthly rate also increased slightly as the credit score i had initaially mentioned didn't align with the auto Fico credit score. All in all pleasant experience, car is great and Jacob did his best to get me above and beyond the value on my trade in.. More

I had made an appointment with Pat Buscemi because I was very satisfied with his service 3 years ago when I leased for the first time. Pat was unfortunately stuck in traffic so Dan jumped right in to get things started in the right direction. Once Pat arrived he and Glenn worked very quickly and efficiently to find the right vehicle for me well within my budget. I LOVE the new car I was able to drive home the very same day. I have already recommended this dealership several times over the last 3 years and will continue to do so. The sales team is amazing and the service team is equally great. Thank you Conicelli!!!!! SHOCKED I am in a new car! Thank you SO much Pete! After going to FOUR dealerships before concelli, I tried everything. I desperately needed a new vehicle. I have bad credit and I was beginning to lose all faith in getting a car. With my last drop of hope, I came in and to my great surprise I met Pete! He was very straightforward and very happy to help my not so great credit situation. He promised me that he would do everything in his power to help me walk out with a car! And sure enough, to my GREAT disbelief he came out and told me I was approved. Not only was I approved, I was approved and he gave me the BEST rate I have seen monthly out of all these dealerships. Not an expensive down payment and hundreds out of my price range monthly, just a straight forward finance in my price range!!!! Going anywhere else was a waste of time. With Pete there was no haggling, just straight forward yes's. I walked out with my beautiful wine red car and we lived happily ever after. Outstanding Service My 2012 Camry was exhibiting a brief shuttering. I took it to a local service station that I have dealt with for some years. They informed me that my My 2012 Camry was exhibiting a brief shuttering. I took it to a local service station that I have dealt with for some years. They informed me that my tort converter needed to be replaced, and that it would be approximately a $2000.00 repair, taking about 4 days to fix. They also informed me that my vehicle was out of warranty. I called Conicelli Toyota to double check, and Stacy Seningen took my call. She was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. She let me know that there was in fact a warranty replacement available for my tort converter, and that Toyota would repair it free of charge. She even set me up with a rental car, complements of Conicelli. My car was repaired within 24 hrs, and as Stacy had assured me, there was no charge. My Camry is now running like a charm. My experience was extraordinary! Thank you Stacy! More
