I first came in last month in December with the goal to know what type of options I had based on my credit and income and to come back shortly after and purchase. I met with Colby Stellabott who from the start was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in helping me find the best fit for me. When I told him that I wasn't looking to purchase a car today, he still gave me 100% of his time and attention to helping me learn my best option for whenever I was ready and I really appreciated that he genuinely wanted to help me prepare and know all my options. Prius Panel The panel on our Prius would occasionally turn itself off while we were driving the vehicle. One morning this problem occurred. I called the service The panel on our Prius would occasionally turn itself off while we were driving the vehicle. One morning this problem occurred. I called the service department. They were booked that morning but due to the intermittent nature of the problem they allowed me to come in. When I arrived of course the intermittent problem had resolved itself. Bob Calhoon listened to the symptoms and diagnosed the root cause of the problem. Further he investigated the warranty associated with the vehicle and informed me the repair would be covered. He ordered the part. A week later I returned to the service department for the repair. The Prius runs like a charm. I am so very thankful!! Over the years we've purchased 4 cars from Conicelli. The purchase process has always been smooth but the service brings us back. It's top notch. Thanks again. More
