Dropped car off first thing in the am. Arrived at to pick it up at 4pm and the hadn’t even started working on it. Sat there for an hour and a half and then they asked if they could keep Arrived at to pick it up at 4pm and the hadn’t even started working on it. Sat there for an hour and a half and then they asked if they could keep it for another day. All work was not complete. I refused. Worker I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am canceling my warranty and my protection plan. More

Guy in the finance department was a little pushy and gruff but eh Bob had a better attitude and made up for it lol More
