Unhappy with their service department. Brought my 4Runner because the brakes were squealing. They changed all the pads and rotors for $1200. Squealing sound was worse. I took it back and they said they did not replace a shim and that it was squealing. They changed that shim. Got it back, it was fine for a few days and now they are squealing again. Why would you replace brakes and rotors but not shims when I specifically complained about brake squealing! More

I didn't have an appointment but had a flat tire sensor go bad and the agent took me in right away on a 'wait'. He also took time to check for a recall my Rav4 was due for and took care of that at the sam go bad and the agent took me in right away on a 'wait'. Otherwise, I'd never go anywhere else. More
