I specifically called and set up an appointment for 80,000 mile service. When I dropped my car off the day before, the tech who was writing it up pointed out that there was a recall on my vehicle and 80,000 mile service. When I dropped my car off the day before, the tech who was writing it up pointed out that there was a recall on my vehicle and asked if I wanted it fixed. I said yes, as long as I could still pick up my car the next day. He then said that needed an oil change because I hadn't had one since 70,000 miles which I said was fine. When I picked my car up the next day, they had only done the oil change and recall work and didn't do the 80,000 mile service that I set the appointment up for because the tech hadn't written that down. I'm very unhappy that I am now going to have to schedule another appointment due to their error. More
