I found the staff members easy to talk with; and not know-it all's. They are willing to listen to your concerns; and then politely offer their feedback on what the problem "might" be. My only drawback was we had two issues to take care; and one of them included pistons to hold the hood up; and your parts department did not have the parts on hand; so, we had to make another trip back; and wait in line again to have our car repaired.
