I brought the car in for an intermittent radio issue where it stopped working. I showed the attendant a video of it happening. Also showed it as being a common problem on the internet. After a full day where it stopped working. I showed the attendant a video of it happening. Also showed it as being a common problem on the internet. After a full day in the shop, they did Nothing. The paperwork said "could not duplicate the problem" . The attendant told me I could try disconnecting the battery to reset, as well as several other things. Imagine telling a customer to disconnect a 260 volt Hybrid battery!!!. Why didn't they do it? The problem still persists. I also called them around noon asking if the car was done. I knew it was because the Toyota app showed the car doors windows that had been open were then closed and the car moved into the parking lot, where it stayed. I was told no and that they hadn't heard back from the technician. I finally drove over around 3:30. They told me that I was called to tell it was finished. Major xx. I know that I will have to take another day off of work and return it again to see if they will actually do something with the problem. We are all just numbers, but being treated like one is not how service departments should operate. More
