It only took an hour and a half to do an oil change and tire rotation, which is one of my better experiences with this shop. I scheduled an appointment on line for an 9am oil change. I got there at 8:45 and sat there till 10:42. It was crazy. I’m not going back. I had to go back to her desk and ask if there were any recommendations from the service technician. They weren’t like this at Sloane or Liberty Toyota. I’m just going to Jiffy Lube and for anything serious, I’ll take it to Sloane or Liberty. I’ve been Toyota driver because of the customer care but this service department was unbelievable. I over heard so many red flags, with staffing shortages and the new tech mishandling the drill’s torque while rotating tires and breaking one customers lug nut and bolt. After I heard that, I declined tire rotation. The service representative was not nice about it either. There needs to be a training program that reminds people of the importance of customer care. More
