I was pleased with everything until I neared Kohl's on Balt Pike on the way home. Tire light came on the dashboard (first flashing, then a solid light) on 2009 Corolla. Thought one of my tires were low despite on the service order tires were checked (and they were all fine for PSI when I brought it in). Did not have any lights on when I brought it in either. Returned physically to the shop & told all tire pressures OK, but it was the sensor (not told by a mechanic directly or Service rep). Tire light still lit now. Called Service the next day since I had a funeral to attend. Gave Service the description of problem & they confirmed what I was told previously. Indicated it would cost $290 for the 1st sensor with an additional $200 for each added one if needed. It would be hit & miss trying to find out which tire sensor it was? Not sure about this explanation since I was stunned? Just thought it was rather ironic that moments after leaving the shop & not even a mile from Conicelli, I had a problem when I didn't have that problem when I brought it in. In fact, I never recalled ever having that problem or with my other car - a 2012 Camry (all purchased here). Don't have almost $1,000 to fix the problem - in my late 70s. More

Took my car for oil change. They told me water pump has to be changed. I gave them the go ahead to fit it. After which they call me that my car is all set. Picked up my car, on my way home, oil and water licking. I called and took it back to fit. No one never called me for an updates. Now am home for three days without a care. Calling out at my job. The desk personnel are very responsive, courteous, but something is off. My standard maintenance, oil change & tire rotation took 8 hours. And I have no idea what break fluid service the rep was talking about. Apparently, it's a needed service but they didn't have the equipment till 2 yrs ago?!? I have been coming for every service for several Toyotas, for decades. No one has ever mentioned this "needed" service before. Even though this dealership is in my neighborhood, I'm thinking about switching. More
