Horrible. Never had a bad word to say about your service department until now. It was horrible. My brand new Prius Prime is dying without any warning. Told I charge it too much. Told I don't charge it correctly. I have no confidence that my car is fixed now. 2 times since I bought it in February that it totally died. Last time you replaced the battery. This time Mike gave me an explanation that I can't even repeat. But he definitely told me his technician charged it and told him it should run fine. Except I got in the car and it wasn't charged. It only had a charge of 1 miles. I charged it when I came home and a 100% charge is only 36 miles. Not the 45 I was getting initially. What do i do now? Three times and this is a car due for lemon laws. This is also my third Prius Prime. Never had a problem before. More
