My Tacoma's driver's side door developed and odd noise when opening and closing the day before w were scheduled to leave on a trip. Reginald is one of the best salesmen around, he takes whatever time is needed for the customer (I can only speak for myself). Even if I think he may be too busy, he says, no you are the customer. Both Reggie and Kyle were great, although from where I am concerned Vets get the edge. Due to my age I forget the manager 's name who stepped in when there was a question and got The answers for us.
