Clean complex with very nice and courteous people Overall the experience was very good. It was my first time coming in for my cars oil change. The girl that did my paperwork was very nice and friendly, The waiting area was clean and provided free coffee, water, & apples. I would of given them 5 stars instead of 4 but at the end the gentleman couldn’t locate my keys when I told him my car was literally 15 feet away and the keys were probably still in it ( as they were). Also, the free car was bad. I didn’t expect it to be perfect but at least half way descent. Looks like they just sprayed water on it because it still had bird droppings on it , wasn’t even dried or vacuumed. I know it was free but don’t call it a car wash, a hose off would be more appropriate. More
