Lengthy process Our salesman seemed to be more interested in chatting with other employees than talking with us. He seemed surprised that we wanted to view and sit in Our salesman seemed to be more interested in chatting with other employees than talking with us. He seemed surprised that we wanted to view and sit in the model we were interested in rather than sit at his desk and discuss options. He did however find a car with the paint and interior from their stock that we liked and got it ready for a test drive. His workup of the pricing was hand written and run by us hurriedly which was difficult for my wife, who is hearing impaired, to understand. We were not provided with a copy of his pricing. There were many delays that were never fully explained. Overall he was not very personable. Financing was comparatively quick and very professional. More

The usual great experience My mom was in the market for a newer car as her current car didn't have the safety devices I would want her to have. She wanted to look at a new Yaris My mom was in the market for a newer car as her current car didn't have the safety devices I would want her to have. She wanted to look at a new Yaris. So I made an appointment to meet with Jim Witt, who has sold me two of my cars, to look at one. In the meantime, I had seen a beautiful 2018 Corolla with everything on it that she could want or need. Although not a fan of red cars, she saw the car and fell in love with it. My mom had not purchased a car since 2003, and Jim made this a great experience for her. That great experience continued in the financing office with Mark Doerge, whom I had also purchased a car from in the past. I'm happy to say that the Continental family has expanded by one...three from my family alone! Thanks Continental! More

I was given options with the inspections & they went above and beyond with that. letting me know a few small things that I might keep an eye on. I also got another key made & every just went smoothly I was told it would be about 1 & a half hours & that’s exactly what it was & they were super busy. Very happy with the service! More

It's been serviced per schedule and no where but at Continental Toyota where I bought it. I credit it to the service and the car quality. It's a 30+ mile trip from home to this dealership, passing other Toyota dealers on the way, but it's been worth it for the excellent work and results. As usual, my most recent regular service visit was A-OK: prompt, thorough, expert and personable staff. More
