Basic oil and filter change I faithfully come to Continental for services, including oil and filter change. I presented a $29.95 coupon and was accepted immediately. The wait this time was a little more than one hour, which was a big improve from nearly two hours last time. I was generally satisfied with the work except for the final bill which came to almost $37. The service advisor did explain that there were miscellaneous charges and taxes but I wasn't happy with all the hidden costs except for taxes. I usually enjoy coming to Continental as people there are courteous and especially they have a spacious waiting area with fresh coffee and cookies. It should be mentioned that the new Romeoville Toyota on Weber Rd is only three minutes from where I live but I still chose to come to Continental, which is 45 minutes away through traffic, because of their good service and comfortable waiting area. More

Recall I came in for a recall notice and was told the work would take between one and a half and two hours.
