poor customer service I brought my 2014 Camry in because the brace pedal went to the floor and I lost my brakes to make a long story short,I had to rent a car from them wh I brought my 2014 Camry in because the brace pedal went to the floor and I lost my brakes to make a long story short,I had to rent a car from them while they repaired my car that is under extended warranty.They kept my car for 3 weeks because they had to have a Toyota Teck look at my car and diagnose the problem that took a week, order the part,that took a week or more . I had to pay for car rental for 2 weeks because it took them so long to repair my car.I asked why should I have to pay for the car rental when my car is under warranty and they took so long to repair it .They said its not our problem you can call Toyota I've never been treated this poorly before More

How car buying should be I bought a Toyota Highlander 10 years ago from Continental Toyota and was impressed by the overall experience so I decided to visit them again to deci I bought a Toyota Highlander 10 years ago from Continental Toyota and was impressed by the overall experience so I decided to visit them again to decide whether to buy another one. I wasn't in a hurry to depart with my 2008 Highlander but the safety and technology built into vehicles today far exceeds that of 10 years ago and I wanted to learn more to help with the decision. My research on the Toyota website and my experience with my current Highlander had convinced me to buy a new one. Meeting Ian Goldberg at Continental Toyota convinced me to buy one from then again. I have walked out of dealers who I felt were beginning to pressure me to either buy now as "this deal only lasts today" or wanted to sell me a vehicle with features I didn't want and was prepared to do so again. Ian was relaxed and not at all overbearing. He was most helpful and on several occasions went to verify information or obtain answers to some very specific questions I had. As we discussed purchasing a new 2018 Highlander he was very careful to detail just what I was seeking and reassured me that he wouldn't stop until found the exact one I wanted. Needless to say he succeeded. While the vehicle may have sold itself without a doubt Ian sold me on buying it from Continental Toyota. His attention to what I wanted, to the details of the entire transaction with a trade in and to making sure I was satisfied to the answers to my many questions was how car buying should be. Bravo to Ian and Continental Toyota. More
