There were many times when we wanted to pick up and leave, but he would always turn around and give us a reason to stay. For instance, we wanted a Toyota Camry that had white interior and white exterior and we were xxxx-bent on this specification. Shawn convinced us to go with the white interior and gray exterior by stating the other amazing features of the car, such as the front camera that had a collision detection system. Armed with his vast knowledge of cars and a charming personality, Shawn was able to convince us, after almost an hour of back-and-forth talking, to proceed with a car that, although, didn't entirely meet our initial specifications, was reasonable for the price. He compromised with us in a way that made us feel like we're getting a great deal without jeopardizing his value as a salesman. All in all, our experience with Shawn was memorable, and if we ever need another car (or any other car related service done), we'll definitely give him a call. More

I had never serviced my Venza there as I found the car online at another dealer three years back. Bill informed me that my Toyota was certified preowned, and that I still had 30k left on my warranty. I had assumed it had run out last year. We traced back the history of the car's maintenance before I bought it. It was a pleasant surprise to find that all I needed at this appointment was that oil change. I had bought another vehicle from Continental before, so I was very happy I could bring my non-Continental vehicle in with no hassle. Bill was fantastic taking care of me.
