2018 Dealership of the Year I had bought a used Toyota Highlander in 2014 from Continental Toyota and loved the service. When I was contemplating on a new vehicle I didn’t know I had bought a used Toyota Highlander in 2014 from Continental Toyota and loved the service. When I was contemplating on a new vehicle I didn’t know what I wanted or where I was going. My first concern was safety and gas mileage in a mid size SUV, I googled like crazy! Everything pointed to the 2018 Highlander Hybrid, so I looked it up and learned everything about it. So next was to find a white exterior with black interior model, I searched the whole Chicago, Joliet and Kankakee area and the only dealer that had it was Continental Toyota. So my journey began with the internet team, securing a great price and then explaining to them that I did not want to sit at the dealership all day for the buying process. When my husband and I finally went in, they had all of the information in their computer, along with pricing and financing, easy! Our salesman, Shawn, was funny and such a nice guy, he explained everything to us about the vehicle that we didn’t know. My finance guy turned out to be the same guy who handled my first loan. So now I will recommend everyone that I know to go and get a vehicle from this family owned dealership! More

I looked around at other dealers to see whats out there. Joe Miglio and Bill Awwad really value your business. They have a great approach. I never felt pressured. They let me take my time. I would recommend them hands down.Go look all you want at other dealerships. When your ready to make the deal, Continental is the place to go. Bill went over the truck with me and explained all the features. Had the truck ready when I came in to finish the deal. More
Dont buy a car from them horrible customer servicr I will start of saying I don't recommend buying cars from Continental Toyota. My family has boufht 6 cars from them. I bought a used car in May. Ap I will start of saying I don't recommend buying cars from Continental Toyota. My family has boufht 6 cars from them. I bought a used car in May. Apparently they installed new brakes on the car. I noticed a squeaking noise coming from the back brakes. So I brought the car back in October. Explained to the service department (Jose) the issue with the breaks. After being there for a couple hours they told me nothing was wrong. But there is only 60% brake life left. The front breaks had 85% left. Hmmm now something seems wrong. They also said they brought the car through the wash and the noise stopped. Well a car isn't wet everyday so that is not fixing the issue. So I left from there not very happy with the response. Well it is now March and guess what the brakes are grinding. I had a family member bring the car back today. It was dropped off at 9:30 this morning. I called at 12:30 to get an update. Jose in the service department didn't answer so I left him a voicemail. I call back and asked then to talk to the used sales Manger Mike. He didn't answer either so left him a voicemail. Well now it is 3:00 and no phone call back from either person. I decided to call corporate and ask if this is ok. Melissa from corporate said she doesn't know what they have going on so she would try to call them to see for an update. I was on hold for at least 10 minutes before she was able to get through. But while on hold the service gentleman Jose called me back finally. His response was your brakes have no life and need to be replaced along with rotors. I asked of they are going to rectify the issue? Jose response is no. I have 13000 miles and that it pretty much is my problem. I explained to Jose I dont see how brakes can wear down this fast and never had this happen before. I asked him to put my car back together and I would be picking it up. So returned to my other line where Melissa from corporate was on the phone. She then patched in Jose who I already talked to. I explained to her we have discussed this already. She disconnected him from our call and her response to the whole situation is she has to believe what the dealership says even though it still isn't making sense to me. Please keep in mind the used sales manager never called me back as well. What happened to customer service? Oh thats right they sold a car and I am no longer useful to them. Well again I will never buy a car from them again and will pass this on to family and friends. This is horrible customer service. One last thing they still have an IOU with me. Which they still haven't given me the stuff that is owed More

He was warm, accommodating and patient. He made buying a car effortless. I would definitely go to him if you are buying a car. He even helped me set up my phone to pair with the new vehicle. Taken Advantage of. Don't buy Here. Bought a used car here and was told there were no accidents on the vehicle and trusted both the Dealer and the sales person. Do not see the sales person in the list of employees. Little do I find out that the car had been in an accident before and they did not want to provide me with the Carfax until I bought the vehicle. When I went to go give the vehicle back, we talked with the very unpleasant Joe Miglio and his very rude behavior. He stated that it was our fault we didn't check the Carfax even though the Sales person said there was no accidents and we had to get the car first. I bought the car and trusted in them, overall they did not accept the return of the vehicle and did not even offer an apology. He just said that we should have bought smarter. I guess buying from this Dealership is not smart at all. Best part, it was my very first vehicle purchase ever. Good way to treat new customers. Have been reading reviews here and it appears that Joe Miglio is just another Bond Villan with the Dealerships and his wallet in best interest. Eventually, we were just asked to leave because all we wanted was to be treated fair. I eventually got the Carfax, 7 days after I bought the car through a Fax to my office. For sure there had been an accident on the vehicle. This was after calling them twice a day and asking them for the CarFax. Learn from my mistakes, don't buy used cars here More
