And then when we got to the store, Joe Buscemi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and made the whole experience great. Seen four receptionists. Talked with four salespeople. Been introduced to two managers. Test driven 7 cars. Three of the "salespeople" we spoke with probably should have the title "order taker" printed on their business cards. We're not "car people." We don't shop for cars very often. My image of a really good car salesperson is someone who will take the time and make the effort to find out what we really need in a car, what we'd kind of like to have in a car, and what we really don't want in a car. All without using any kind of sales techniques or applying any kind of pressure for us to buy a particular car. Which is why you need to ask for Michael H. There may be other salespeople at Continental Toyota who are as friendly as Michael. There may be other salespeople at Continental Toyota who are as knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles as Michael. There may be other salespeople at Continental Toyota who provide information with as little sales pressure as Michael. But our experience with Michael was soooo much better than our experience with those other three salespeople at different dealerships, I'd suggest you don't take any chances and simply ask for Michael H when you talk to the nice folks at the reception desk. He sold us our first CT vehicle in 2012 and we received outstanding service, information, and advice from him. We recommended him to family and friends. We were not planning to have our vehicle's service and maintenance done there (we live more than 15 miles from the site), but he talked us into doing so. We took his advice and have never regretted doing so. When I called Michael a few years ago, it was about an out-of-state vehicle. I had a few questions and concerns, because I was nervous about purchasing a demo vehicle sight-unseen.. He was very helpful, even though he knew it would not benefit him. He did advise me to buy one from Continental however :D . This past week, we made another purchase from CT. We made an appointment with Michael H. Even after five years, he knew who we were. We had a very easy, stress-free purchasing experience with him. He already understood what our needs and preferences were, so we were able to stay focused and not waste time. He answered all of our questions knowledgeably and professionally. When the purchase was made, he spent time showing us the features that we would need soonest, and would have the most difficulty figuring out. Thankfully, he also synched our mobile phones as well. We'll visit him again for the next one! More
