Chuck met us at the door and was all ears in what we were looking for in a new Rav 4. Not impressed with the floor model, he searched their extensive onsite inventory and pulled up the model and color we were looking for, took us on the most informative test drive we had ever been on, and never once hassled us or pressured us for the deal. We very quickly came to an agreement, worked out a deal, and even though it grew quite late in the evening, he remained positive and upbeat, making sure we were comfortable until the process was complete. We highly recommend Chuck and are extremely satisfied Continental customers. More
