Because I can't give neagtive stars! Took my Rav 4 for it's first oil change and got it back with every imaginable light on that could be on! After 2 days I got it back and it still didn' Took my Rav 4 for it's first oil change and got it back with every imaginable light on that could be on! After 2 days I got it back and it still didn't run right. Asked Service Manager John Ficaro why it would be given back to me that way to begin with? He said the people who brought it out were not trained mechanics! I said you didn't have to be very well trained to see every dash light in the vehicle on. I was then informed by the service manager that I was ridiculous and ignorant! Last time every there. Took it back to Oak Brook Toyota and had it back in an hour running correctly at no charge! More
