Continental Toyota was the closest dealer to where I live. I have never purchased a car on my own before, and was a little nervous, but when I was introduced to Mostafa Atra, he made me feel right at ease. There was no pressure, no haggling, I received a fair price for my trade, and the paper work went smoothly and quickly. I drove out of there in no time at all with a stylish, red 2015 Corolla. Chuck kept us advised on options and timing every step of the way and even made sure we received our new vehicle before we headed out on a trip...one last thing to worry about while we were gone. Mark Doerge answered all our questions and explained options during the finance process, and everyone from the service department folks to the cashier were very friendly and welcoming from the first time we walked in through delivery and a follow-up visit to get the bumper protector, etc. added to the vehicle. Of course, he understood all the features on the vehicle, which gives you confidence in your salesperson. I selected the Highlander, and based on our conversations, and the test drive, believe it is the best SUV for me. I had owned a Lexus previously, so I knew the value and reliability of Toyota vehicles. While I hate spending money, if you are getting value, it feels like money well spent. Before going to Continental Toyota, I had been researching SUVs for about 2 months; everything from size, features, prices, reliability, warranties and financing. My purpose was to make sure I did not have “buyer’s remorse,” with such a major purchase.
