All of the staff we encountered were top-notch, but our sales consultant Bill Awwad was outstanding. Patient, knowledgeable, and empathetic when we encountered a problem not related to Continental. His honest and kind treatment of us will bring us back again when we need our next car, despite living 88 miles away. He gave us all the time we needed, even setting up the Bluetooth in the car and reviewing all the features and functions despite it being the end of a very long day for him.
