He took extra time and effort to help research vehicle options, made himself available whenever we needed and even stayed late to ensure we acquired the vehicle we wanted. I believe he was just as excited as my husband when our vehicle arrived as he went the extra mile and texted us a picture of it before it was even unloaded from the trailer.
