I had been extremely satisfied with my 2010 Rav4 and was not thinking of a new car...until I saw the revamped 2013 Rav4. The more I thought about it, the more I liked the new Rav4, from the now missing spare tire on the back to the fantastic ENTUNE system. After much thought, I decided that I had to upgrade to the 2013 Rav4. We went back and Mark made the experience as painless as it could be. We were even able to use Continental Toyota gift cards for the down payment. Once the car was delivered, the paperwork procedure, which would normally cause migraine headaches, was quick and easy. Mark made sure that I understood the ENTUNE system and even set up my Bluetooth for me. Mark is another in a long list of fine employees at Continental Toyota. In general I'm very happy with the experience. Tina Smentek and Bill Awwad have outstanding service. If Domenic Nanni and Jacqueline Dybas were more friendlier, would be perfect experience. Jacqueline Dybas snapped at me, when I asked her to do one more extra step (I was driving from faraway and wanted to be sure that I get the best deal around). Domenic Nanni - the guy was agitated, we were the first customers of the day and he was already stressed. He tried to sell us additional warranty, I bet he sold nothing this day, not only to us. Bill Awwad was friendly and knowledgeable. Tina Smentek made an exceptional job by explaining every detail over email conversation. I bought my Camry at Continental Toyota because Tina was willing to go an extra mile with me.
