I have bought 3 vehicles from these dealership and have always had great experience with salesperson and the employees that work in the service department, sadly Mr. Domenic Nanni is the exception to the r always had great experience with salesperson and the employees that work in the service department, sadly Mr. Domenic Nanni is the exception to the rule, I have gone to cancel the contract and gap protection that I stupidly buy every time I buy a new vehicle and the person named above has always made me feel like a ignorant person, as if I am trying to steal the money I had paid for a contract and gap which I don't need no more. He always has excuses of me missing information, without even looking at papers to make me feel like I don't know what I'm talking about. Guess I'll have to contact once again the Manager to help me in canceling the contract and gap protection. Poor guy seems so unhappy, unfriendly and very arrogant. I guess his life must be very sad, because as a person and human being he has a lot of work to do, he really needs to go to some classes on how to treat people. I guess he is the type of guy that treats you depending on how you look on the outside. I finally saw a smile on his face on his profile picture. =( More
