I've been going to this place for many years. I just traded my last car (sienna) that I had for 10 years to get the upgraded hybrid model. It's a wonderful upgrade but takes some getting used to. This is my 3rd car that I bought from this location because it's convenient, the service is great, and the the staff is knowledgeable. My sales person was Dave. He was very professional and right to the point. He made it convenient for me to contact him if I had any questions about my new car. Although I came short on what I expected for my trade-in, the upgraded perks were definitely worth it. I worked with Sadi on the financing and he was extremely detailed in explaining all of the bells and whistles that came with the extended warranty. The extended warranty is awesome! I've had it in the past with my other cars but the upgrades that Toyota offered was/is unbeatable. I highly recommend this place and will continue to be a repeat customer for years to come. More

This the first Toyota Dealer, Continental Toyota that did not give me free wheel locks for the $ 50,000 purchase of a brand new car! The ottoman extensions for the second row seats has been has not been not give me free wheel locks for the $ 50,000 purchase of a brand new car! The ottoman extensions for the second row seats has been has not been acted upon and I would appreciate very important subject be taken care of by your salesman since it include on the limited model for alot less than I paid for the platinum level and the salesman has ignored the request , as when I ride in the back I desired the platinum because it include everything, both the wife and commented that we needed this feature as we needed these important items for our comfort on long traveling trips, I hope that the dealership will take care of this in a reasonable amount of time and it will not take forever as the subject had been made very important to your salesman that our ages are 90 and 85 years old and on long drives in order to keep circulation in the feet and legs is most at our advanced ages! Each time I met with Jim he was always in a good mood and I think this key thing is of great importance to me in deciding if this was the salesman that would be my future contact! Every thing about the sale was made clear for the most part but, a customer is never going to be smart enough to remember all that were covered and the fact that Jim said that he would be there for if there was anything else that needed to be covered as far as learning how to program the devices and how to properly use same.
