The car chosen had alot of miles and Mr. McQueen told me he would provide a warranty with the vehicle. The key fob didn't work, the phone charger didn't work, the car wasn't detailed properl McQueen told me he would provide a warranty with the vehicle. By law, they arent supposed to ask for a down payment but they did on multiple occasions. Mr. McQueen told me on several occasions he had no idea what my interest rate was but provided me with several loan payment amounts. I took the car because I'm going to refinance the loan with my bank. Experience was not a good one. More

Overall, my experience at Conyers Nissan was good. The highlight was working with my sales representative LA. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made a big difference. However, I did encounter an issue during the purchase process. A few thousand dollars were unexpectedly added to the agreed-upon price of the vehicle. This was frustrating and left a sour taste regarding the dealership’s transparency. Once I noticed the discrepancy and brought it to their attention, we re-did the paperwork at the correct price. I’m currently waiting to see if the corrected amount is accurately reflected in my loan payments. More
