Curtis was the very best at Conyer’s Nissan, We had previously went to Nissan dealership on Stone Mountain Hwy 78, very bad experience in fact we had to contact Headquarters in Tennessee for the bad ex previously went to Nissan dealership on Stone Mountain Hwy 78, very bad experience in fact we had to contact Headquarters in Tennessee for the bad experience we had and this bad experience did not include Mr. Patrick Facey or anyone else, just the so called Financial officer I just took my business to another Nissan dealer and if that dealership was gonna be the same I would of gone back to a Ram dealer and went back to a Ram truck. Curtis was very professional and polite and made me feel at home and that was the main purpose of going to Nissan seeing that we had already bought an Armada and Nissan Juke, we got an apology from Headquarters and received a call from the on site manager in Stone Mountain, we were thankful for Curtis I did not judge Curtis for the conduct of Conyer’s (hwy 78)sister store, well impressed with Curtis I will be sending all my friends and relatives to Curtis, his personality and professionalism put 51,000 into your company which most people who experienced what we experienced would have took there business somewhere else to a different dealership, Curtis is management material promote and give a raise, I also forgot to mention Curtis was gonna pick me up some 30 plus miles the next day on his day off from my house because my new car was having accessories put on, that’s dedication, I managed to get there anyway and thanked him for the thought, He took the time out to show how everything worked inside and outside my truck, He also has called me since buying my car to check how I’m enjoying it. It was a pleasure working with Curtis we will be back if Curtis is there, we 2 teenagers who have there license😎. More
