#ripoff I bought my dodge new in 2010 and am NOT impressed. Within 1st year the paint bubbled on the hood and they said they cannot fix ( not covered under wa I bought my dodge new in 2010 and am NOT impressed. Within 1st year the paint bubbled on the hood and they said they cannot fix ( not covered under warranty). Then before 2 years was up the alternator went out. When the battery needed to be replaced they wanted almost $500 because of it being labor-intensive (my cousin replaced it in 15mins). Now I need a new ball joint and they want $450 because of labor and parts (I found an honest mechanic to replace it for $150). I will never buy a car from here or use their service department. I do NOT recommend going here. #ripoff More

Horrible I would never recommend this place ever! Brought my car here to find out what was causing a noise within the motor. They diagnosed it told me it was t I would never recommend this place ever! Brought my car here to find out what was causing a noise within the motor. They diagnosed it told me it was timing belt and leaky water pump. Said that the noise was coming from water pump and belt. Suggested I fix them at a cost they quoted me at just over a grand. I found a cheaper place to have the work done, had it done and noise still persisted. I brought it back to dodge and had re-diagnosed. After opening it up found a lifter and rocker arm that they were very confident in being the source of the noise. Went ahead and agreed to have the work done only to find out that after spending $1800 that the very sane noise yet still persisted. These people don't care about fixing problems. All they care about is scamming, misdiagnosing and ripping off the customer! I cannot even begin to express the hatred I have for this sorry excuse for a business! Horribly managed! More
